At Natura, we provide holistic, integrative healthcare for children from birth through young adulthood, partnering closely with parents to ensure every child receives care that is individualized, thorough, and genuinely supportive of their long-term wellbeing.
Our Approach
At Natura, we believe that healthy children grow from a strong foundation — one built on nourishment, a resilient immune system, a healthy gut, balanced development, and a family that feels supported and informed. Our naturopathic providers take the time to know your child as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms or a checklist of milestones.
We work collaboratively with parents at every step, recognizing that you are the most important advocate for your child's health. Whether your child needs routine preventive care, support for a specific health condition, or guidance through a challenging developmental stage, we are here to help you navigate it with confidence.
We also co-manage with and refer to pediatricians, pediatric specialists, and other healthcare providers when the level of care your child needs goes beyond our scope — or when a team approach simply serves them better.
Pediatric Services at Natura
Newborn & Baby Care. The earliest weeks and months of life set the foundation for lifelong health. We welcome newborns and their families from day one, offering a warm and supportive environment for early wellness visits. Newborn and infant care at Natura may include:
Weight monitoring and growth assessment
Breastfeeding support and guidance
Early gut health — supporting healthy microbial colonization and digestive function from the start
Nutritional guidance for infants and new parents
Vitamin D, vitamin K, and other early nutritional considerations

Well Child Checks & Physicals. Regular wellness visits are one of the most valuable things you can do for your child's long-term health. At Natura, well child visits go beyond the basics — we take the time to assess your child's overall health picture, track development, address nutritional needs, review any emerging concerns, and support you as a parent with practical, evidence-informed guidance.
We also offer school, sports, and camp physicals — getting your child cleared and ready for whatever comes next.
Adolescent Care. Adolescence brings profound physical, hormonal, and emotional changes — and it can be a lot to navigate for both teens and their parents. At Natura, we provide naturopathic support for adolescents through the transitions of puberty and young adulthood, with a particular focus on:
Hormonal changes and menstrual health in young women
Acne and skin health
Mood, anxiety, and mental health support
Energy, sleep, and focus — including ADHD assessment and support
Nutrition and healthy development during periods of rapid growth

Acute Care. When your child is sick and you need support now, Natura is here. We offer same- and next-day appointments for acute illness whenever possible, so you don't have to wait when your child needs care. Acute care visits may address:
Colds, flu, and upper respiratory infections
Ear infections and sinus infections
Stomach bugs and acute digestive illness
Fevers and general illness support
Minor injuries and wound care
IMPORTANT NOTE: For Pediatric Patients needing on-call care, please contact Montana Pediatrics, who can provide off-hours telemedicine pediatric care. Contact them through their website: www.montanapediatrics.org. On-call Natura providers are not equipped to provide on-call support for Pediatric patients.
A Note on Virtual Care
Natura does not administer vaccines. We see our role as providing thorough, balanced, and non-judgmental information about vaccinations — presenting the available evidence clearly so that you can make the decision that is right for your child and your family. We do not pressure families in either direction. If you have questions about vaccines or are looking for resources to help inform your decision, we are happy to have that conversation and provide you with the information you are looking for.
A Note on Vaccinations
Some pediatric visits are well-suited to telehealth — particularly follow-up visits, parent consultations, and care coordination for established patients. Because many pediatric visits involve working closely with the parent as much as the child, phone and video appointments can be a convenient and effective option in many situations. Please call our office to discuss whether a virtual visit is appropriate for your child's needs.
Common Questions from Parents
Do you work alongside our pediatrician?
Absolutely. Many of our pediatric families have a conventional pediatrician as well, and we are happy to collaborate and co-manage care. We believe a team approach often serves children best, and we will communicate with your other providers when it is helpful to do so.
Can my child see the same provider for both pediatric and adult care?
Yes. Our naturopathic providers care for patients of all ages, and there is no hard transition point from pediatric to adult care at Natura. Many of our patients have grown up in our practice and continue to see the same provider into adulthood.
How do I know if my child needs a naturopathic visit or an urgent care/ER visit?
If your child is experiencing a medical emergency — difficulty breathing, high fever with stiff neck, severe injury, altered consciousness, or any situation that feels urgent — please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For situations that are concerning but not emergencies, call our office and we will help you determine the right next step.
