At Natura, our acute care visits are here for those in-between moments — when your symptoms aren’t severe enough for urgent or emergency care, but still need prompt attention. We’ll help you find relief using an integrative, naturopathic approach so you can get back to living your life.

You don’t have to be an established patient to see us for acute concerns — anyone is welcome. Many times, we can offer same-day or next-day appointments.

When you call, we’ll connect you with whichever doctor is available so you can be seen quickly.

Please note: We are not an urgent care clinic and there are limits to what we can treat on-site. However, we can help with many common acute conditions in a way that feels personal, holistic, and focused on you.

One of Natura's Naturopathic Doctors are always on call to help with urgent or acute needs that happen at odd hours of the night or weekend. To reach the on call physician, please call our regular clinic phone at 406-317-1965. If you call after hours, it will be routed to our on-call service and they will help you get connected with the on-call physician.

Please note that there may be a charge for calling. The on-call physician may provide some recommendations, or they may recommend going to urgent care or coming in the next business day to Natura for an acute visit with one of the available naturopathic doctors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For Pediatric Patients needing on-call care, please contact Montana Pediatrics, who can provide off-hours telemedicine pediatric care. Contact them through their website: www.montanapediatrics.org. On-call Natura providers are not equipped to provide on-call support for Pediatric patients.
