Become a Patient

We are excited to welcome you into the Natura community! Here are the steps to establish care with one of our Naturopathic Doctors.

Step 1: Identify Your Preferred Doctor

Chances are, you might already know which doctor you want to work with. If not, visit this page to read their individual bios. You can try out our Doctor Match Quiz to help you identify which doctor will be the best fit for you.

It is entirely possible that you could resonate with more than one of the doctors. It is also possible that the provider that you are interested in working with is not accepting patients at this time or is booked out for new patients and you want to be seen. One of the amazing things about Natura is that our doctors collaborate with each often, including a weekly Case Consult meeting. Even though you might see one of the providers, you get access to the shared wisdom and experience of all four providers.

Our receptionists know our providers well and are able to help you identify a provider that could effectively help meet your needs. Please call our office at 406-317-1965 and our receptionists will be happy to help you.

Step 2: Have a Free 15-Minute Consultation

Our doctors are eager to get to know you, allow you to get to know them, and make sure your questions get answered. They do this through offering a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

Step 3: Schedule a New Patient Visit

At Natura, we understand that one of the best ways to help you in your healing journey is to get to know you. We have learned that it is difficult to really get to know you in 15 minutes.

As such, our New Patient visits are usually 90 minutes long. Your doctor may recommend a shorter New Patient visit depending on your conversation with them in the free 15-minute consultation.

Step 4: Complete New Patient Paperwork

Before your appointment, complete New Patient paperwork on our online Patient Portal. This includes standard consent forms as well as questionnaires. These help your providers get to better know you before, your medical history, and your health goals before your appointment.

When you call to schedule your new patient visit, our receptionists will orient you to this paperwork and make sure you have access to our Patient Portal.

Step 5: Arrive for your First Appointment

We look forward to seeing you at your designated appointment date and time. Our clinic is located at 1805 Bancroft St, in the Rose Park neighborhood, close to the intersection of Bancroft and Brooks. If you get lost or have any questions, please give us a call.

During your visit, your provider will make a plan of treatment for you, including a plan for future visits. The frequency of these visits will vary and depend on your individual care.
